Business And Compliance Officer (All Year Round)

Secondary - Permanent - Part-time (32hpw worked over 4 or 5 days - subject to agreement) - Scale PO1 Points 27-30 - All year round - £38,220 - £40,777 p.a. FTE (£33,055 - £35,266 Actual) - Up to 27 days holiday p.a. (excluding bank holidays) plus up to 5 additional days for Christmas closure. (FTE).


We are looking to recruit a highly organised and effective individual with a “can-do" attitude to join our fantastic School to provide business and operational support to the Leadership Team to ensure the school complies with current legislative and regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail, a confident understanding of data protection and relevant experience within education or a legal, regulatory or professional setting. You will be able to inspire and earn the respect of others, and be willing to do ‘whatever it takes’ to ensure our pupils/students reach their full potential.
