Do you thrive on variety, love a challenge, and stay cool under pressure? Do you have a natural talent for organisation, excellent people skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping your sense of humour intact? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who is:
• exceptionally organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload
• calm, diplomatic, and considerate — especially when things get busy
• proactive with a solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take initiative
• able to demonstrate strong IT skills and an ability to adapt to different systems and processes
• a positive, team-player attitude, willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
You will be:
• working term-time only (39 weeks of the year) supporting central team and ELAN schools to ensure everything runs smoothly
• providing high-quality administrative support across a wide range of functions, from meeting minutes to communications and websites.
• handling confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
• managing diaries, coordinating and recording meetings, ensuring deadlines are met — even when the unexpected happens, which it does!
• communicating confidently with a range of stakeholders from school leaders to external partners
• problem-solving and adapting quickly when priorities change - as they often do!
What you can expect:
• we are helping you take care of your future with a pension contribution well above average.
• we are helping you take care of your family, by offering five paid care days (on a pro-rata basis). For more information about all of our benefits, please visit our benefits page.
• we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. Our goal is to ensure that every pupil and staff member feels included and supported, encouraging a community where everyone can thrive together.
• we provide quality, ongoing professional development and network opportunities.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same. If you’re looking for a role that will keep you on your toes, challenge you, and give you the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the education sector, we’d love to hear from you.
