What skills and experience we're looking for

Little London Academy is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to support the efficient and effective running of the academy.

Working closely with the Principal, you will lead on key business functions including finance, HR, administration, premises and health and safety, ensuring strong operational support for the school.

Potential applicants should have:

  • Experience of leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong financial, organisational and administrative skills.
  • A good understanding of HR processes, compliance and school/business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
