Pattern of hours will be 20 hours each week - Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00pm

Employment will be on a term-time only basis with the exception of 2 extra days. The exact days will be confirmed by management but are likely to include September training day and/or time during one of our timetabled school holidays.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, adaptable administrator with proven experience to join our established Professional Services teams (Reception, Operations, HR) in a school judged by OFSTED as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region. We are a fantastic learning community, set in one of Yorkshire’s most scenic areas, whose facilities have been further enhanced by the completion of a multi-million pound refurbishment and expansion project.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for enquiries and external stakeholders and we are looking for a new team member with proven communication, administration and IT skills. You will be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to remain calm, composed and flexible within a busy and demanding environment.

We are looking for:

  • To be the first point of contact for enquiries, offering a solutions-focussed approach ensuring that more specialist questions are transferred to the relevant person in a timely manner
  • Play a key role in the delivery of professional services within the Academy and to deliver comprehensive administrative support and the smooth running of interview processes
  • Assist in coordinating, issuing, and monitoring staff training and probationary records and completion
  • The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, prioritising workload 
  • A colleague with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication and data inputting skills
