Lytham St Annes High School (LSA) is looking for a reliable and capable Business Support Officer to join our Business Support team. This is a varied and important role that sits at the heart of the school's operations, supporting teaching and learning through effective administrative and reprographic functions.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the school to ensure that printing, copying, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard — helping staff focus on what they do best.


This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time plus 5 INSET days.


A day in your new role could see you:

- Providing administrative support to the Business Support team, including reception cover, ensuring front-of-house and safeguarding standards are always upheld

- Managing the reprographics function, fulfilling printing and copying requests from staff and meeting deadlines

- Assisting staff with specialist printing or copying needs

- Maintaining equipment, troubleshooting user errors, and arranging repairs when required

- Managing stock levels of paper and consumables, including placing orders for new materials

- Monitoring machine usage and producing monthly consumption figures
