Arden Multi Academy Trust are looking to recruit a professional and highly effective Careers Advisor to take day to day responsibility for ensuring all students at both Arden Academy in knowle and Park Hall Academy in Castle Bromwich, receive effective Careers Education and Guidance (CEG). We have a strong commitment to ensure that all of our students receive the highest levels of support and guidance to help them to progress successfully through learning and into employment, Higher or Further education, training or apprenticeships.
The role will predominantly be based at Arden where the successful applicant will work for 4 days a week with the other day spent supporting and guiding students at Park Hall. The successful applicant will work in conjunction with the senior leader with responsibility for Careers and our Careers and Pathways lead in school as part of a highly skilled and committed team.

As an ever progressing school and Multi Academy Trust we are seeking a new Careers Advisor to support our journey towards our aspiration of achieving Careers Mark Platinum.
As our Trust Careers Advisor you can expect to lead on the programme of Careers Personal Guidance at Arden and play an active role in contributing to the sharing of best practice across the four secondary schools in our Trust. Ideally, the person appointed should hold a relevant careers guidance qualification to level 6 or above (or be willing to work towards) and have an up to date knowledge of the various careers and further education opportunities available to secondary school students. It would be desirable to be registered with CDI.
