We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Caretaker to join our team at Chantry Academy. This role is integral to ensuring our school environments are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

Location: Chantry Academy
Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year
Salary:ALT Grade D Point £25,386-£25,989 Annually, Actual

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Liaising with contractors and external providers as required
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Monitoring and maintaining heating, cooling, and other systems
