Bressingham Primary School is a friendly and thriving primary school dedicated to providing a safe, clean and stimulating environment for our pupils. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, flexible and enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join our dedicated team.

The role is for 20 hours per week during term time with an additional 3 weeks per year worked during school holidays. Exact times are to be agreed with some lone worker requirement.

The main duties will include:

  • Being responsible for daily cleaning and tidying the school to a high standard
  • To unlock/lock the school daily (Mon-Fri)
  • To be available to unlock/lock the premises for pre-planned visits by contractors during school holidays
  • The secure and safe operation of the school site
  • Regular health & safety checks including fire alarm, emergency lights ,water hygiene. (Training is available)
  • Carrying out a variety of DIY tasks and general repairs
