What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a versatile, enthusiastic caretaker to provide support to staff and children across the school.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to carry out manual handling tasks
  • Has the necessary skills to carry out repairs, maintenance and gardening tasks
  • Is able to relate well with children and adults
  • Has a working knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Is proactive and uses initiative
  • Has a good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Is flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated
