- Full time: 37 hours, 52 weeks per year Weekly Shift Rota between the hours of 5.30AM - 10.00PM Candidates will be required to work a shift system to cover early mornings, late evenings and some Saturdays/Sundays on a weekly rota.

What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a conscientious and self-motivated individual to join our Premises team. Reliability and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential for the post, as are proven maintenance skills. Candidates must be willing to undertake a wide range of tasks including general maintenance, cleaning and portering. Candidates will be required to work a shift system to cover early mornings, late evenings and some Saturdays/Sundays on a weekly rota. Candidates must also be able to work additional hours as required, for which extra payment will be made. Use of own vehicle is required.
