What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a highly trustworthy and competent Caretaker to provide first rate management of our new building and property from the end of May. This is an important role for the Academy in helping maintain our new building in pristine condition as it starts to mature. You will be part of a site team of 2 caretakers and 1 site manager undertaking regular building compliance checks, facilitating staff to maximise their use of the building and supporting a comprehensive lettings programme.

You are likely to have gained experience in building or property caretaking and have experience of maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, wiring. You will be passionate about maintaining buildings and comfortable with carrying out a range of compliance checks.
