THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker for White House Farm Primary School. Our vision is to give everyone the opportunity to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. Hours of work will be in a split shift format as per the job description attached. These hours may be subject to change due to school events.
We are looking for someone who:-
- Understands the basic principles of site management
- Is able to carry out premises’ inspections and risk assessments
- Has an understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
- Is able to deal with emergencies and problems in a positive and systematic manner
- Take responsibility for the security of the premises, undertaking keyholder responsibilities and is available to answer emergencies outside of regular working hours
- Undertakes an allocated level of cleaning alongside the site cleaners
- Co-ordinate lettings three nights of the week until 8pm
- Has a willingness to take on new challenges and an eagerness to accept responsibility
