Caretaker job summary

We are looking to recruit a committed caretaker to join our school site team, working 36 hours a week working alongside our experienced site manager.

This role involves a split shift pattern, working to the hours of: 07.00-11.00 & 13.45 - 17.00.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the premises and grounds are safe, warm, clean and properly maintained.
  • Movement of heavy goods, duties including heavy items, taking delivery and distributing supplies, moving furniture and equipment.
  • Promote and protect safeguarding of all pupils, staff and visitors to site and premises.
