What skills and experience we're looking for

We are committed to finding the right candidate for our federation and are open to exploring apprenticeship opportunities for the right individual. We are also happy to consider applicants who are looking to develop their skills and grow within the role.

We are willing to explore working hours and patterns to suit the successful candidate, and this role may particularly appeal to someone seeking flexible or part-time work, including semi-retired applicants.
