We’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Lettings Assistant to help manage our thriving school facilities during evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
Our large secondary school is a vibrant hub of activity, with sports clubs, community groups, and events using our halls, classrooms, and sports facilities. As part of our lettings team, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Welcome and support visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all users
Set up and pack away equipment for bookings and events
Keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-presented
Provide a friendly point of contact for hirers and deal with any on-site queries.
What we’re looking for:
A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
A practical approach to problem-solving
Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to get stuck in
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holiday periods.
