What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to appoint a confident, effective and highly motivated person who will make a positive contribution to the team and our children. This is a casual post to cover staff absence as and when required (11.45am until 13.15, term time only).


The role involves:

Supervising the lunch hall, playground area, playing field, cloakrooms and classrooms etc during the lunchtime break.

Assisting with the removal of food and equipment once pupils have eaten their lunch.

Dealing with minor first aid incidents, following appropriate procedures for recording and reporting.

Assisting in the implementation of appropriate behaviour management strategies as required.


The successful candidate will be kind, caring and flexible in approach, with a professional manner and intuitive of the needs of the children.
