Central School Finance Administrator job summary

Central School Finance Administrator - Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Central School Finance Administrator to provide finance support for schools in our Trust. The offices will be located in Loughton.

Salary: Scale 4

Hours: 25 hours a week, term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)

Working pattern will be agreed at the interview and can be flexible

This is a great opportunity for an individual who has accounts payable experience and can work effectively in a team. The job description lists all the requirements of the job, but includes the following:

  • Working effectively with the Central Finance Team to ensure high-quality finance support to the Central Schools.
  • Be responsible for the ordering and invoicing across the Central Schools

The successful candidate should be/have

  • Experience in managing purchase and sales ledgers
  • Working knowledge of the appropriate academy's financial policies and procedures
  • Looking for a person who has a flexible attitude, resolution-focused
  • Professional and reliable
  • Willing to work collaboratively with others and work autonomously
  • Understanding and compliance with the procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality
