Charity Administrator
Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset
18 hours per week (flexible working), term time only plus 1 inset day
E5 Actual salary: £9,392pa plus excellent benefits package
Required from 1 September until 31 August 2023, with possibility to extend
XTND is an established, small charity, inspiring and enabling positive change for local families.
As an experienced business or charity administrator with excellent communication skills, you can expect a hands-on-role supporting charity activity. You will bring previous administration and customer service experience, good IT skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Reporting directly to the XTND Co-ordinator and working closely with Trustees, you will provide general administrative support, assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations including taking minutes, finance, dealing with incoming enquiries, grant administration, ensuring accordance to XTND policies and procedures and get creative with project planning.
It will be your excellent interpersonal skills that ensures the smooth running and development of this exciting charity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator who is proactive and passionate about helping others and their community.
