Leadership Pay Range L31-L35 - £111,990 - £123,528 per annum

What skills and experience we're looking for

Significant senior leadership experience within education

Successful leadership of school improvement across multiple schools orsettings, with evidence of sustained improvements in outcomes, quality ofeducation and organisational outcomes

Extensive experience leading and developing senior leadership teams

Experience of establishing robust accountability frameworks and drivingorganisational improvement

Experience of leading workforce development, talent management andprofessional learning

Deep understanding of educational standards, curriculum, assessment andschool improvement

Excellent understanding of inclusion, SEND, preparation for adulthood andoutcomes for children and young people

Knowledge of current educational policy, legislation and national priorities

Understanding of governance, accountability and risk management withineducational organisations

Experience within a specialist, alterative provision or SEND setting

Experience of leading system-wide improvement, partnership working or sector wide initiatives
