Job summary

The retirement of our current Chief Executive creates an opportunity for a new leader to play a pivotal role as we move forward and evolve. Currently we educate 5,000 children across Peterborough and North Cambridgeshire. We are proud of our achievements but we have a desire to make a greater impact across the City and the region. Sitting still is not in our nature. We are ambitious for our young people and we believe there is much to build on, not least their talent, energy and potential.

With an exceptional track record of educational leadership, you will share our ambitions for our students, our community and the organisation as a whole. Your ability to think strategically alongside your influencing skills will set you apart. Emotional intelligence and exceptional people skills are vital in such a high-profile role. You will be equally comfortable working with our youngest students as with our Board and partner organisations in formal meetings.
