Due to the retirement of our current CEO, the SOKE Board of Trustees is seeking an inspirational strategic leader to take up the role of CEO. We’re looking for someone who can lead, inspire, and develop our great team of Heads, promoting collaboration across our schools, whilst achieving a balance with individual school autonomy. A dynamic leader who will work collaboratively alongside the SLT’s of each school to maintain and enhance a culture of excellence for our children. Our new CEO will have a passion for, and demonstrable success in, school improvement, and will build on the current position of strong senior leadership and thriving schools. They will not only be a team leader, but also a team player, engaging all stakeholders to build excellent schools together. As Trustees we believe that the Trust offers a very exciting and rewarding opportunity for the new CEO and is an ideal first position into a CEO position alternatively an experienced CEO who has an aligned vision with ours. Our ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with school leadership experience, and Trust-wide leadership experience at senior level. They will have a broad understanding of school finance and academy Trust operation.
