This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, popular school and to develop your skills with a talented staff team. We are a two-site school, and staff may be asked to be based at either site. Teachers remain on the same site throughout the school year.

We are a large school with over five hundred and sixty main school pupils in addition to those attending our Early Years provision which brings our total number to nearly seven hundred. We have one hundred and thirty staff across both sites. To maximise collaborative working our teaching staff have PPA together on a Friday afternoon this allows them to plan as year, subject or phase groups and across site depending on the need . Staff are able to take PPA from home once every half term term.

    Your role:

    As a teacher at Greenleas, you will:

    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons: Create dynamic learning experiences that inspire and challenge pupils, ensuring progression and attainment.​

    • Assess and monitor progress: Regularly evaluate pupil learning, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.​

    • Collaborate across sites: Work closely with colleagues across both school sites to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching and learning.​

    • Contribute to School development: Participate in the development and evaluation of school policies and practices, aligning with our ethos and vision.​

    • Safeguard and support pupils: Promote the safety and well-being of all pupils, maintaining high standards of behaviour and discipline.
