What the school offers its staff

About us

We are an oversubscribed two form infant and nursery school and we liaise closely with our linked junior school, next door, so that we can ensure a highly effective progressive learning journey. We had a very successful OFSTED in summer 2023 and following this arranged for our next OFSTED to be in approximately 4 years time (rather than the 18 months suggested.)

Visitors to Hobletts always comment on the welcoming ethos, the excellent behaviour and attitudes of our children, the quality of the children's work on display, and on the lovely outdoor spaces that we are lucky enough to have.

Hobletts is a very happy and supportive place and we all work as a team to make learning fun and successful. We aim for our children to achieve great things and be the best that they can be, regardless of their starting points and one aspect of this is prioritising additional teaching assistant support in classes.

Our website will give you a snapshot of what we do, and how well our children learn so please do take a look.

We can offer you;

  • Happy, motivated children who make good progress
  • A fun loving and supportive staff team with a wealth of highly trained teaching assistants and SEND support staff.
  • A warm, well-resourced and stimulating environment with excellent outdoor space.
  • A friendly and supportive governing body
  • An inclusive atmosphere where the needs of individuals are at the forefront of all that we do
  • A high focus on well- being for staff and children
