We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our team at The Grange. The successful candidate will teach within EYFS for the next academic year, so we are looking for someone with a passion for early years education, while holding the flexibility and qualifications to teach across all primary year groups.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework, ensuring all children make excellent progress from their starting points.
- Establish a safe, stimulating, and welcoming classroom where children feel valued, develop confidence, and are encouraged to explore, learn, and achieve.
- Observe, assess, and track children's development across all areas of learning, using assessment information to inform planning and support individual needs.
- Develop positive relationships with parents and carers, maintaining effective communication to support children's learning, wellbeing, and successful transition into school life.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, ensuring their social, emotional, and academic needs are met while contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Pay range:
- M1 - M6 £34,069 - £46,940

Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (or recognised equivalent)
- Degree in subject specialism
- Proven experience delivering outstanding teaching and learning, demonstrating high standards and effective classroom practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
- Ability to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment, meeting the needs of learners from diverse backgrounds.
