What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified teacher status
Appropriate primary teaching experience
An understanding of what constitutes high-quality teaching and learning

Evidence of successful achievement in a school setting

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Good teaching skills including sound behaviour-management strategies
High levels of inter-personal skills with tact and a sense of humour; ability

to work as a committed team member

Good written & oral communication
Ability to relate to, motivate, nurture and inspire children
Able to differentiate lessons to cater for a wide ability range.
