Thomas Whitehead Academy is a one form entry Primary school based in Houghton Regis and is part of the Diocese of St Albans Multi Academy Trust.
We are seeking an exceptional Year 6 Classroom Teacher with extensive Maths curriculum knowledge to take on the pivotal role of Maths Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about the subject and eager to improve outcomes across the school.
We are looking for a practitioner
Be able to lead by example as an exemplary classroom practitioner
Create inclusive and engaging learning experiences
- Lead, develop and embed a high-quality Maths curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders and colleagues to support teaching and learning through coaching, modelling and professional development.
- Monitor standards through thoughtful assessment, scrutiny and observation using these to inform improvement.
- Inspire pupils and staff with your passion for the subject
