We are looking for an EYFS Teacher to join Grove Primary School on a one-year fixed term contract, playing a vital role in shaping children’s earliest experiences of education. This role centres on creating a safe, engaging and inclusive environment where every child can thrive, through thoughtful planning, strong relationships and a deep understanding of how young children learn. Working as part of a supportive Trust community, the successful candidate will bring high expectations, adaptability and a commitment to every child’s progress, contributing positively to the life of the school and its shared ambition for excellence.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned to the curriculum, adapting teaching to meet pupils’ needs
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, using assessment to inform next steps
- Set high expectations to motivate pupils and promote strong outcomes
- Contribute to the wider life and development of the school, working collaboratively with colleagues
