  • Is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for every child

What the school offers its staff

Chilton County Primary School is a thriving, welcoming school of more than 300 pupils, set in beautiful countryside just outside Didcot and within easy reach of the A34. Through our enquiry‑based curriculum, we create exciting learning experiences where children have genuine agency and creativity is celebrated. Our purpose‑built school includes large open learning spaces, an on‑site forest school, and a generous gardening area. We offer a rich curriculum enhanced by residential trips in each phase, whole‑school theatre visits and a wide range of enrichment clubs.

We offer:

  • A warm, collaborative and supportive staff team
  • Enthusiastic children who love learning
  • A well‑resourced Key Stage 1 environment, indoors and out
  • A rich curriculum with strong opportunities for creativity and enquiry
