What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking teachers who can:

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom practice;

  • Exercise flexibility in order to accommodate changes in work priorities;

  • Provide contingencies to deal with the unexpected;

  • Balance tasks and resources in the organisation of a wide range of activities;

  • Think clearly and logically in working through a problem making referrals as appropriate;

  • Anticipate workload and plan ahead;

  • Monitor pupil progress against key performance indicators;

  • Be an enthusiastic and positive role model;

  • Demonstrate awareness of the needs of individual and groups of children and work with other professionals to adapt teaching and the curriculum to meet their needs.
