The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated classroom teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school's vision and values.
- A proven track record of raising standards in a primary setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusion and ensuring equity in education.
- A passion and commitment to inspiring young minds through engaging, dynamic, and imaginative approaches.
