Class Teacher job summary

About this Role

We are looking for an exceptional teacher to join our Key Stage 2 team for one day a week to provide leadership time cover.

At the heart of our school are strong relationships, high aspirations, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, included, and able to thrive. We are seeking someone who shares these beliefs and understands that great teaching begins with knowing and caring for the children in front of you.

The successful candidate will be committed, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference. They will champion inclusion, recognise and celebrate the uniqueness of every child, and always place children's best interests at the centre of their decision-making.

We are looking for someone who understands the power of positive relationships—with children, families, and colleagues—and who can quickly become a trusted and valued member of our school community. Whether supporting learning, nurturing confidence, or helping children overcome barriers, you will play an important role in ensuring every child experiences success and belonging.

If you believe that every child deserves to be known, valued, and inspired, and you are looking to work within a caring and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
