The successful candidate will:
- Be an innovative forward thinking class teacher
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
- Use a range of pedagogy to engage and inspire children in activities that are stimulating, exciting challenging and personalised to ensure they achieve personally and academically.
- Be committed to team building and working in partnership with parents, staff and outside agencies promoting our school ethos, values and vision.
- Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Show a drive for one’s own professional development and lifelong learning.
- Model the dispositions, skills and attitudes we wish to develop in our children.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
