What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join a highly motivated team. We are seeking a dynamic teacher with high expectations and a happy disposition. You will need to have a strong track record of (at least) good teaching and excellent pupil progress rates.
We are looking to appoint a teacher who is:

- able to bring learning to life through a creative practical curriculum;
- an excellent communicator who is committed to working in partnership with children, staff and parents;

As part of Catalyst Academies Trust, a high performing local MAT of five primary schools, you will benefit from support and shared planning. A £1,000 Catalyst welcome payment for successful candidates (teachers paid on Main Scale to UPS3 only) if you are appointed through a direct application to a Catalyst school (i.e. avoiding agency costs). This payment is allocated 6 months after you have been in post.
