What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Key Stage One teacher to teach a Year 1/2 mixed class. This position is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECT). The ideal candidate will be a highly effective practitioner with high expectations, possessing excellent communication skills to engage with both parents and staff. We are looking for someone who is committed to creating an engaging and nurturing classroom environment for pupils, fostering their love of learning. We are looking for someone who will help our small team develop the curriculum by leading on improvements in a curriculum area to be negotiated.
