What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint two passionate and enthusiastic teachers to join our welcoming and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, nurturing environment where the focus is firmly on providing the best possible learning journey for every child.
We have two posts available, one working across year 6 and the other working 2 days a week in a year 4 class as a job share. These posts would suit an experienced teacher who is looking for a new challenge, or an Early Career Teacher eager to begin their career in a supportive and ambitious school.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has high expectations for every child’s learning, progress and wellbeing
- Is passionate about education and understands the importance of high expectations and strong relational practise.
- Can create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
- Works effectively as part of a team and values strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community
- Is reflective, committed to continuous professional development, and excited to be part of a forward-thinking school
- Has a sound understating of the principles of teaching and learning
