The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience and knowledge of the primary curriculum with a specialism in certain year groups, e.g. upper KS 2.
  • Enthuse our learners.

  • Be proactive and a reflective practitioner.

  • Have a good sense of humour.
  • Be able to deploy other adults and plan interventions.
  • Have a creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.

  • Possess a real passion, and commitment to ‘getting the best’ out of our children.
  • Be willing to immerse themselves fully into all aspects of school life.
  • Be proactive and lead aspects of the school, e.g. subject leadership
  • Have a good understanding and awareness of SEND and be able to use a range of strategies to support all children’s needs.
