The ethos of St John Paul II Multi Academy is Catholic and was founded by the Catholic Church to provide education for children of Catholic families. As a Catholic Multi Academy, we aim to provide a Catholic education for all our pupils. It is essential that the Catholic character of the school’s education be fully supported by all staff within the multi academy. We therefore hope that all staff will give their full, unreserved and positive support for the aims and ethos of the St John Paul II Multi Academy.

The successful applicant will:
be supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school

have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum, with a proven record of achieving high pupil outcomes
demonstrate good knowledge of adaptive teaching strategies to ensure inclusive practice for pupils with Special Educational Needs
be enthusiastic, reflective and an effective communicator
have high standards of oral, written and numeracy skills
be committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all children
have some subject leadership experience, or be able to demonstrate readiness to lead a foundation curriculum subject
Experience of working in a Catholic school is desirable but not essential. We are a friendly, supportive staff with an excellent reputation.
Informal visits to the school are warmly welcomed. Please contact the school office to arrange an appointment. Experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.
