This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, or early career teacher, to grow professionally within a highly supportive environment through collaborative working with colleagues across the school.The successful candidate will:

- hold QTS

- be proactive and demonstrate strong classroom practice

- have a sound knowledge of current educational issues

- understand the ways children learn and how individual needs may be assessed and met

- have the ability to develop the confidence, independence and self-esteem of pupils

- be able to demonstrate a commitment to high standards and professionalism within theclassroom and throughout the school

- possess excellent communication skills, a calm manner and be well organised.
