Class Teacher job summary
Larkfields Infant School are seeking to appoint a temporary teacher from Sept 2022 to join our experienced and friendly staff team. This role is a Fixed Term contract until 10thFebruary with the possibility the role maybe extended. The role covers Thursday and Friday with 1 day in FS2 and 1 day in Year 1.
We are looking for a:
- Motivated teacher to join our established team to teach in Year 1 and FS2, with a strong knowledge of Phonics
- Creative classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupil achievement
- Highly organized, hardworking and professional role model
- Teacher who can provide exciting purposeful learning experiences all children
- Dedicated team player who is willing to contribute to the wider life of the school

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. The School looks to employ well-qualified staff who are willing to contribute to the full life of the school and who are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Safeguarding checks will be undertaken during the recruitment process.
