Class Teacher (Maternity Cover) job summary

The Ocean Learning Trust is an expanding Multi Academy Trust (MAT) consisting of six community and church primary schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area; we are committed to working together for the common good, empowering every school to improve the life opportunities of all our children. The MAT has a central management team based at Heathlands Primary Academy, which supports the schools’ Finance, HR, Operational and School Improvement activities. We are soon to enter into the next phase in our development, working with another two local Trusts to combine our efforts under the name of ‘Coastal Learning Partnership’. This venture will see greater continuing development and professional opportunities for all of our staff, still within school environments which celebrate their unique qualities.

Heatherlands Primary School is a forward thinking National Support School with excellent standards and high expectations. We develop our teachers to be the best that they can in order to provide the best possible education for the pupils of the school. We are looking to appoint an inspirational and creative class teacher with drive and commitment for a maternity cover in Year 3.
