ü Has a proven track record of securing strong pupil progress and outcomes, especially for vulnerable children

ü Has excellent knowledge of securing strong foundations in EYFS and KS1 to ensure pupils are exceptionally well prepared for their next phase

ü Demonstrates reflective, evidence-informed classroom practice

ü Has high expectations of all pupils academically and personally

ü Builds strong, professional relationships with children and families

ü Is adaptable, creative and committed to continuous professional learning

ü Contributes positively to a collaborative team ethos
