Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and making a meaningful impact in education? St Mary’s Wavendon C of E Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher, with the possibility of a Maths Lead role for those interested, this would come with a TLR 2b addition on annual salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the full National Curriculum.
• Plan and assess learning effectively, setting clear objectives and targets to support pupil progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and high standards.
• Monitor and report on pupil achievement, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of every child.
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and contribute to the wider life of the school through assemblies, events, and community engagement.
