What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher to join our team in September 2025. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achieving good to outstanding outcomes, possessing high expectations and a passion for motivating and engaging children in their learning journey. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and uphold high standards of achievement and behaviour in the classroom.
Our recent Ofsted inspection in November 2022 rated us as 'Good', highlighting that our teachers are ambitious for pupils and provide opportunities for them to shine. We are looking for a teacher on the main pay scale who shares our school values and will contribute to our warm and welcoming school. We are looking to appoint at MPS point 2 or 3.
