Allens Croft Primary School is a vibrant two-form entry maintained primary school with a strong commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and high-quality teaching. Our diverse community includes a 36-place Resource Base for pupils with EHCPs who have been commissioned a place by the local authority. We are seeking to appoint committed, reflective and enthusiastic class teachers to join our supportive and forward‑thinking team.

We’re looking for those who:

  • Have recent successful teaching experience in KS1 and/or KS2
  • Can bring enthusiasm and a commitment to raising standards
  • Have a passion for teaching and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Have excellent behaviour management skills
  • Builds positive relationships and is a role model for the children they teach
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards professional development for themselves and others
  • Are able to work closely with, and values the contribution of parents/carers
  • Supports the aspirational ethos of the school
