Are you a passionate and ambitious teacher ready to take the next step into leadership?

Meadowhead Junior School is seeking an exceptional classroom practitioner to join us as a Base/Phase Leader, someone who combines inspirational teaching with the vision and drive to lead others. You’ll have recent, successful experience in KS2, a deep understanding of inclusive, adaptive teaching, and the confidence to use data and coaching to improve outcomes across a phase.

We're looking for a role model who brings energy, integrity, and a collaborative spirit to everything they do, and who is eager to make a whole-school impact.
