Job Title: Class Teacher - Reception
Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years teacher who believes every child deserves a magical start to their education? At Braintcroft Primary School, we are looking for an exceptional Reception Class Teacher to join our dedicated team and inspire our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework, ensuring all children make excellent progress from their starting points.
- Establish a safe, stimulating, and welcoming classroom where children feel valued, develop confidence, and are encouraged to explore, learn, and achieve.
- Observe, assess, and track children's development across all areas of learning, using assessment information to inform planning and support individual needs.
- Develop positive relationships with parents and carers, maintaining effective communication to support children's learning, wellbeing, and successful transition into school life.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, ensuring their social, emotional, and academic needs are met while contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Pay range: £41,729 - £54,131 (M1 - M6) Inner London
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - recognised teaching certification.
- GCSES English, Math and Science
- Proven experience delivering outstanding teaching and learning, demonstrating high standards and effective classroom practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
- Ability to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment, meeting the needs of learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to the academy’s values and ethos, contributing positively to its culture and community.
