- An excellent teacher who has received ‘good’ or better grades in recent observations
- An outstanding, passionate teacher who has high expectations for children’s learning, and can foster collaborative working and living our values every day
- A person who builds excellent relationships with children and parents; demonstrating our values when interacting with them
- Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential,
- Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils’ smooth transition into school
- Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils,
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
