  • Creates an inclusive, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.
  • Has high expectations for all children and is committed to helping them achieve their very best.
  • Builds positive and professional relationships with children, parents, colleagues and external agencies.
  • Is confident in contributing to the development of EYFS provision and working collaboratively with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.

  • Will actively support and promote the Christian ethos and values of our Church school and Trust.
In return, we can offer:
  • Wonderful children who are happy, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • A welcoming, supportive and dedicated staff team who genuinely work together.
  • The opportunity to help shape and develop a strong EYFS provision spanning pre-school and Reception.
  • A caring and inclusive school community where your ideas and contributions are valued.
  • Access to high-quality professional development and career progression opportunities across the Trust.
  • Employment within one of Northamptonshire's largest Multi-Academy Trusts, offering extensive networking and development opportunities.
