The Role

Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

Key Responsibilities

Promote effective learning and ensure the educational, social, and personal progress of all pupils

Fulfil the professional duties outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document

Work collaboratively with pupils, parents/carers, staff, governors, and the Trust

Contribute to raising standards of attainment and achievement

Model positive attitudes, values, and behaviour

Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people
