• Demonstrates consistently strong classroom practice
• Can be reflective, resilient and solutions focused
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals
• Contributes to whole school improvement and collaborative working
• You must believe, as we do, that every child can achieve.

What the school offers its staff

The school offers an Employee Assistance Programme which supports counselling, bereavement, financial advice and much more. The school encourages professional development and has access to an online training portal with a variety of courses and modules for all staff to access. Staff are provided with time off for Care of a Dependent absence depending on length of service and compassionate leave.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
